Eligibility

Items must be unworn, with tags attached and in their original packaging, returned within 15 days of delivery.

Reach out via our Contact page with your order number — we'll arrange a pickup and confirm your refund or exchange by email.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item.

Need a different size? Let us know when you start the return and we'll ship the replacement as soon as the original is picked up.
